Will a college degree really make a difference in my career?
In our increasingly competitive marketplace, employers are placing a greater value on education than ever before. Consider this: A study by the Bureau of Labor and Statistics shows that people who have a bachelor’s degree earn approximately 61 percent more than those with a high school diploma. Furthermore, those who have their advanced degree (i.e.,master’s and/or doctorate degree) earn an additional 25 percent more than those with a bachelor’s degree. Literally, it can "pay" to earn your degree!
