Enrollment Process

Your first step is to complete the Application Packet of Forms. You are able to submit these forms in a number of ways:

  1. Scan and e-mail it to dmcclintock@warnerpacific.edu

  2. Fax to (503) 517-1551, attention "Danie McClintock". Once faxed, please call me at (503) 517-1560 to make sure it arrived.

  3. Print and mail, attention "Danie McClintock" to 2600 SE 98th Ave., Suite 200, Portland, OR 97266

  4. Call me at (503) 517-1560 to schedule an appointment and complete your application in person

IMPORTANT REMINDERS

  • Don't forget to sign at the bottom of the second page

  • Be sure to complete a transcript request form for EVERY school you have attended as the Registrar requires the entire picture of your educational history for admittance.
