Your first step is to complete the Application Packet of Forms. You are able to submit these forms in a number of ways:
1. Scan and e-mail it to dtuesta@warnerpacific.edu
2. Fax to (503) 517-1551, attention "Denise Tuesta". Once faxed, please call me at (503) 517-1315 to make sure it arrived.
3. Print and mail, attention "Denise Tuesta" to 2600 SE 98th Ave., Suite 200, Portland, OR 97266
4. Call me at (503) 517-1315 to schedule an appointment and complete your application in person
IMPORTANT REMINDERS
- On the Payment Plan Worksheet, check a primary AND secondary option (if you are completing the FAFSA please choose primary "financial aid" and secondary "cash"). This form can be updated if your circumstances change, so just complete it to the best of your knowledge at the time you are working on the application.
- Don't forget to sign at the bottom of the Policies and Procedures page.
- Be sure to complete a transcript request form for EVERY school you have attended as the Registrar requires the entire picture of your educational history for admittance.
